To Tip or Not to Tip a Charter Bus Driver?

Several websites suggest tipping between $3-$10 a day for both the tour manager and the driver, as they both work hard to make your multi-day trip special and memorable; one makes sure that your trip safely gets from point A to point B, while the other generously gives of his or her travel expertise. Also, be aware of your own personal needs: do you feel that each person did a good job? Or were they inattentive? Within reason, let the tip reflect how hard you feel the bus personnel worked for your trip or tour.
