As of January 1, 2016, ESCOT Bus Lines is proud to announce a partnership with software company Keep Truckin, a unique electronic logging platform backed by Google Ventures and designed to promote driver safety and fleet efficiency. The free software, which is available in app format for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, will provide a complete solution for the ESCOT Bus Lines fleet.

Already trusted by over 100,000 drivers and 4,000 fleets, the Keep Truckin software will give ESCOT fleet managers an easy way to keep track of drivers, while giving drivers a simple and user-friendly way to maintain logs and other information via the electronic logbook. Approved by the Department of Transportation, the Keep Truckin Electronic Logbook will allow ESCOT drivers to view, email, fax, or print logs for free, while fleet managers can instantly view drivers’ logs in their dashboard.

From the Electronic Logging Device, which plugs into ESCOT buses and wirelessly syncs to the Electronic Logbook software, to the Automatic Log Auditing feature, which automatically scans driver logs for errors or service violations, the Keep Truckin software will help ESCOT bus lines save time and maintain their excellent CSA scores. Keep Truckin will also allow ESCOT fleet managers to see real time, privacy-protected, GPS coordinates of drivers’ location data. ESCOT drivers will be able to fill out an electronic driver-vehicle inspection report (DVIR), so that fleet managers can be promptly notified of any issue. The Keep Truckin software also provides a handy messaging option that allows fleet managers to communicate from the Keep Truckin dashboard directly to the driver’s Electronic Logbook app.

ESCOT Bus Lines has maintained an excellent reputation since they opened their doors as a family owned and operated business in 1983 – and Keep Truckin’s software will only serve to enhance ESCOT Bus Lines’ already incredible safety ratings. Thanks to this new partnership between Keep Truckin and ESCOT, the Florida-based transportation provider will be able to streamline communication, keep track of vehicles, take charge of log auditing, promptly handle potential safety issues, and much more.

ESCOT drivers proudly trust the KeepTruckin Electronic Logging Device.
